OFS National Bargaining Report #5

Your bargaining team met with the Company this morning.

The Union accepted Article 9 wages (6) Emergency Response Team TAed.  The Union requested asubcommittee on healthcare.

The Company passed letter regarding Alliance funding, and provided information on Academic awards

The Company Countered Union Proposal 3 on Article 15 (2) death in family.  The Company rejected Union Proposal 8 Card Check.  The Company responded to Union Proposal 2 EWD.

This afternoon, the Union rejected Company 1 active Healthcare, and TAed Union proposal 2 EWD as long as it included CON-OPS.

The Union passed proposals on Active and Retiree Healthcare, and on Article 15 (2) Death in Family.

The Company passed a modification to Alliance Funding and added training for people that have been laid off with Recall rights.

Tomorrow we'll be working all day on Healthcare.
