OFS National Bargaining Report #4

Your bargaining team met with the Company this morning, and the Union passed several proposals:  Article 9 Wages, Emergency Response Team; Article 13 Holidays; Article 15 Pay Treatments for Absences Sick Days.

The Company passed several proposals:  Article 9 Wages; Article 17 Termination Allowances; Article 11 Premium Payments.

The Company Rejected Union Proposal 1 and countered Article 14 EWD.  Company Proposal 5 Holidays was withdrawn.  The Company countered Article 15 Death in Family.

After lunch, the Union passed Union Counter to Company 7 on Wages.  The Union rejected the Company proposal on Article 17 Termination Allowances and Company Article 11 Premium Payments.

The Union passed a counter to Company Counter to Union 2 EWD.  The Union passed Article 15 Death in Family and Proposal 8 Card Check Language.

The Company countered to Union Article 9 Emergency Response Team.  The Company rejected Union proposal Article 24 Shutdown Scheduling; Union proposal 6 Holidays; and Union proposal 7 Sick Days.

We'll be back to work Saturday.
