OFS National Bargaining Report #3

Your bargaining team met with the Company this morning, and the Union passed several proposals:

Article 9 wages
Article 13 EWD
Article 15 Pay Treatments for Absences
Article 24 Shutdown Scheduling

We also passed a Union Counter to Company proposal 3 Alliance Training.  The Union rejected Company proposal 5 Holidays.

The Company provided updated info on Health Care Data, and passed a proposal on Retiree healthcare.

We broke and worked on counters and union proposals.
