Day 1 – May 18

Patrice Dubois did a State of the Business presentation.

Union Bargainers are:

Christopher Lapierre, Secretary/Treasurer, Local 1365

Company Bargainers are:
Stephanie Street, Chair
Rick Williams
Vicky Wheeler
Kevin Smith
Velletta Holland

The Company wasn't ready to pass any proposals at that time.

Day 2 – May 19

The Company supplied a presentation on Healthcare & Welfare/Pension updates.

The Company passed several proposals:
Company Proposal 1 – Represented Active Medical Health Plan 
Company Proposal 2 – Represented Retirement Plan
Company Proposal 3 – Article 22 Training Subcommittee & Alliance
Company Proposal 4 – Article 22 Academic Awards
Company Proposal 5 – Article 13 Holidays

The Union requested more information on several issues.  There were a lot of discussions on the above issues.  We decided to break for the rest of the day, and Wednesday we'll be working extensively on responses and Union proposals
