OFS Bargaining Update

The Union and Company bargaining teams have reached a tentative agreement that contains movement in the wage and benefit package.  The details of the agreement are going to be presented in joint union-management meetings next week in Sturbridge and Norcross.

The offer represents the Company's best and final offer.  The Union bargaining team members, Dave Lasley, Gary Nilsson, and Bill Bates, unanimously recommend a yes vote for ratification.
