OFS Bargaining Report #8

The Company passed a counter on Alliance funding.  We passed a proposal for Pension increase.  The Company gave us a presentation on Retiree Healthcare.  We had many questions on the data because a lot of things didn’t add up.  They then gave us a proposal and we strongly objected to the proposal.  The Company then asked for a caucus.  We returned to the table an hour later.  The Company presented a modified proposal that basically corrected typos.  There was a lengthy discussion on retiree benefit allowance.  Many data requests and questions were presented by the Union.  The Company will provide responses in the morning.  We will meet again at 10:00 a.m.
