OFS Bargaining Report #7

The Company gave a presentation on Health Care and discussions followed on the data.  We met again at 12:30 p.m. and the Company passed their proposal for Health Care; needless to say it’s not very good.  At this time it doesn’t seem like the Company is serious about having a fair and equitable contract.  We broke at 1:00 p.m. and resumed again at 3:30 p.m.  The Union passed two proposals on ERT stipends and training upgrades.
