Newsletter Awards: The Write Stuff

Honoring CWA’s top local newsletters, CWA Pres. Morton Bahr presented first place General Excellence Awards to locals in four categories determined by size of circulation, and the Oscar Jager Journalism Award for overall journalistic excellence and commitment. Bahr made note of the judges’ comment after perusing a broad range of entries: “Our unanimous view is that every organization that makes the commitment to produce a periodical for its membership is performing a service so vital to the health of your organization that you all deserve recognition.”
