New Windstream National Pension Plan Extension

We have successfully achieved an extension to the current plan. We were able to prevent the company from mandating all employees exit the Pension Plan and go into the 401k plan. Windstream has agreed to a voluntary program with a stipend for anyone who voluntarily goes into the 401k plan.
More information will follow after we talk with the Locals covered by the agreement.
