Gentlemen:
This letter provides formal notification to the unions about the appointment of Company members to fill vacancies on several joint committees created by the departure of two individuals from the Lucent Benefits organization.
Ø Joint Healthcare Committee (JHCC): Terry McCahill will fill the vacancy left by Pamela Gottlieb’s departure (Ingrid Orav will assume Pam’s role as Subject Matter Expert; Terry will represent Workforce Relations)
Ø Joint Retiree Healthcare Committee (JRHC): Terry McCahill will fill the vacancy left by Pamela Gottlieb’s departure (Ingrid Orav will assume Pam’s role; Terry will represent Workforce Relations)
Ø Benefits Committee: Ingrid Orav will fill the vacancy left by Matt Toglia’s departure
