Keep in mind only the above entities are participating.  Bell South and Cingular do not participate and the Company could not tell us if and when they will participate.

The second document is called Intersubsidiary Movement Process Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) (imf_faqs.pdf).  In this package you will find information on available jobs, eligibility, testing, wages, pensions and benefits.  The company is still investigating term employee treatment under IMF.  They have told us however, an employee whose time in title and/or location has been waived and granted hardship status in ATS, is eligible to participate in IMF.

Should you have any further questions, please forward them to Mary Ann Alt by email on Malt@cwa-union.org so we may get answers to share with everyone.
