Fighting Industry Greed

Chanting, "Get to Work Washington" and "Enough is Enough," several hundred flight attendants and union supporters send a message to the Bush administration and Congress that it's time to take action on the critical issues facing airline workers and their industry. The rally and march began just across from the White House, with AFA-CWA Pres. Pat Friend, CWA EVP Larry Cohen, AFL-CIO Pres. John Sweeney and other speakers putting airline management on notice that, "we are not just going to stand by and let you destroy our industry." Solidarity events and rallies also were held in Seattle and San Francisco.
