Fighting for Good Jobs in San Antonio

Members of CWA Local 6143 and state and community supporters rally in San Antonio, Texas, to “keep jobs that build strong communities” and to protest the potential closing of AT&T’s call center. Some 600 people work at the facility, one of only two locations that provides Spanish language services to customers. At the rally, CWA Local 6143 President Ralph Cortez welcomed the support of several Texas state representatives who attended, along with religious, community and labor leaders.
