Expected Surplus Notification

All AT&T Local Presidents:

We have been notified that some Managers around the country have jumped the gun and started informing members of a surplus.  While are expecting notice of a surplus, this office has NOT been notified of any surplus numbers, which the Company is obligated to do.  Therefore no surplus has officially been declared as of this time. The WARN act cannot apply until we get the notice.

As soon as we get that notice you will be informed.
