Electronic Monitoring Stipulation

Greetings,

Attached is the arbitrator's ruling on the Electronic Monitoring case specific to the Company's right to discipline employees for failing to do follow the CPNI authentication process.  In addition, you will see a signed stipulation is also attached.  The stipulation was negotiated because the arbitrator's ruling was unclear. While the arbitrator ruled the Company could discipline for failure to follow the CPNI authentication process, our office wanted to make clear, the ruling applied only to CPNI and only CPNI authentication.
