CWA Local 9415 - Mobilization Activity - May 8

Local 9415 held an Avaya Mobilization yesterday at the San Leandro FedEx/Kinko’s reporting location.  We passed out leaflets to the workers there, encouraging them to contact us for more information on joining a Union.  We walked into the office holding a Union bulletin board.  We spoke with the Manager, showed him the contract and told him it was our Contractual right to have the bulletin board mounted in a central location.  FedEx/Kinko’s denied us the right to do this and we will be pursuing this issue.  We are ready to do what it takes to be treated fairly and achieve a strong Contract!  It’s all about jobs!  Click here to view the pictures
