CWA AT&T Internet Services Bargaining Report #11

The Company rejected proposals relating to COLA, elimination of outsourcing, and contractor work and would not commit to a no-layoff clause.  The Company also rejected our proposed improvement to the Death in an Employee’s Immediate Family provision.  The Union passed proposals to increase the wage schedules for several titles as well as improved layoff allowances.

The subcommittee met to further discuss the grievance process.

The Bargaining Team had a conference call with Local Presidents to provide updated information and request a STRIKE VOTE.
