Change of Direct Deposit of Payroll Processing

Please find below, information from AT&T regarding a change of direct deposit of payroll processing. This communication will be sent to all non-management employees who are paid via eLink.

AUDIENCE:  Non-Management Employees Paid by eLink and their Supervisors

Subject:  Change of Direct Deposit of Payroll (DDP) Processing

 

Note: If you supervise non-management employees who do not have access to e-mail, please ensure they receive this important information.

 

Effective with your first paycheck in 2008, Direct Deposit of Payroll (DDP) electronic funds for bi-weekly paid employees will be available on Thursdays.  Although your payday will continue to be on Friday, your paychecks and stubs will be dated on the Thursday before each payday.  The first eLink bi-weekly paydays will be as follows:

Note: Some payroll deductions do not occur when there are three paychecks processed in a month.  In 2008, the following pay cycles have three paychecks processed during the months identified.  If you do not know your pay cycle, you can identify it by using the table above and locating your payday.

Questions can be referred to HROneStop through the Employee Services Helpdesk (ESH) by visiting the Corporate Helpdesk Toolkit Web Site at http://helpdesk.sbc.com/toolkit.  Select Report a Problem to create a ticket. 

 

Direct Deposit of Payroll (DDP) and Electronic Paycheck Stub (ePaystub) provides safe and secure access to your paycheck stub; ensures that pay is automatically deposited when traveling or out of the office; provides up to three years of paycheck history,  eliminates the inconvenience of lost, stolen, or damaged checks, and now allows you to view and print your current paycheck stub the day prior to your official payday.  To enroll in DDP, visit eLink Self Service Web.  Logon and select Employees Services, then select Payroll & Taxes, and select Enroll/Update Direct Deposit.
