Re:  Certification Bonus Payout

The first Certification Bonus Payout will occur on June 1, 2007.  We have had great success with this program.

We were notified last week that there was a problem with the Technical Systems Assemblers (TSAs); these workers were added by a separate agreement in March 2007.  TSAs work in the Staging Center in Southaven, Mississippi.  They will not receive their Bonus on June 1.  Avaya is working to take care of these workers, but that group may not get their Bonus payout until sometime in July.

The Company will notify us as soon as they have more information, and we will pass that information on as quickly as possible.
