CCIC Meeting August 1, 2013

The CCIC met on August 1, 2013.  We had a spirited debate on a number of topics.  They included Type of Work call assignments, Transfer rates in our centers, Business update on our center performance, The Adjustment Threshold, Go Beyond—a revised incentive plan replacing orange points, Role Modeling Calls.  

We had a very good discussion, a number of action items came out of the meeting on both the union and company sides.  We scheduled our next meeting tentatively for November 6, 2013.  

The team will be working between now and our next call to satisfy the action items, develop our next agenda and identify any data requests we need to make to ensure the next call is productive.
