AVAYA Name List Associated with VTP/SURPLUS

Effective immediately the T&T office will not be sending lists having the names associated with VTP/Surplus.  It was discovered that the lists contain the last four digits of the social security number for each person on the list.  We are in discussions with the company to remove that information as we believe the HRID is enough to distinguish people and if a tie breaker question comes up Locals can reach out to our ERC/ATP Coordinator, Theresa Inman; Staff Oversight for the ERC/ATP, Ruth Marriott; or Avaya Assigned Staff, Isa Shabazz.
