Avaya Bargaining Report #20

11:10 P.M.

Since early this evening, we have been meeting continually with the Company.

Some progress has been made for both sides, yet concerns that could have effects on all members in year to come remain in dispute at the table.

Not knowing the future of Avaya as a company with employees, we are attempting to strike a deal that will benefit the most of our members.

Avaya has failed to show any sign of commitment to their present workforce, and that in itself is reprehensible.  Their actions at the bargaining table have failed to indicate any commitment to change any time soon – or at all.

However, the bargaining team remains committed to represent your needs and concerns.
