AT&T Internet Services Bargaining Report #3

The Union proposed the introduction of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Alliance For Employee Growth and Development, as well as a proposal that would add an MOA for a TACRIFT Appeals Process.

The Company proposed to continue many of the existing MOA's with no changes, and to eliminate a couple of MOA's.  In addition, the Company passed a proposal on Article 9 that introduced vacation accrual for payment of unused vacation after employees leave the payroll.

Negotiations will reconvene tomorrow afternoon.
