AT&T "Legacy T" Bargaining Report #59

After meeting both yesterday and today, while a few more issues were resolved, we again hit a brick wall.  The Company is refusing to move on the kind of improvements we need in job security to get us to an agreement.  When today's meeting ended, VP Maly again reiterated to the AT&T bargainers:  "Our team is here to bargain.  We are available to bargain.  We have moved on many things.  BUT, the Company should not expect more from us until we see some substantial movement from you on our key issue from day one – employment security."
