AT&T Legacy T Bargaining Report #58

Improving the Cash Balance Accounts was the topic during an extensive subcommittee discussion today.  It is now over 15 years since we first negotiated the CBA, and those who had close to 15 years when it began are getting ready to retire.  It is an important goal of our bargaining team to improve those payouts.

High level discussions are also taking place on other key items.  We need mobilization to continue to get the Company to move on the issues that are so important for our future.
