AT&T "Legacy T" Bargaining Report #57

The Company and Union bargaining teams met at the table both yesterday and today.  The Company presented a package of revised proposals on the leveraged titles for consumer, the recognition and reward programs, a pay improvement for Article 39 (Information services), and the AT&T Transfer System, removing appraisals from the order of consideration for job placement.

However, we are still no closer on the key issues of Health Benefits and Job Security.  We reiterated our position for the hundredth time.  We will not walk away from this bargaining without some additional job security for our members.
