AT&T "Legacy T" Bargaining Report #3

This third morning of bargaining dealt mainly with procedural issues, like how demands would be passed concerning particular Contract Articles.  This is not unusual as the two bargaining teams try to come to understandings about how to structure the bargaining.

The Company is expected to pass their Health Care proposal tomorrow.

Your bargaining team will be working tomorrow and over the weekend preparing our demands to present to the Company next week.  While we will do our best to write and provide justification for the demands you asked us to pursue, as always, our ability to win them rests more with the activity and mobilization of our members than with any other single factor.
