AT&T Internet Services Bargaining Report #9
Your Bargaining Team met with the Company in sub-committee for the first part of the day. The Company hosted a web-based conference call to demonstrate the Customer Assistants (CAs) work flow in the 13-state Call Centers. Examples included a Connectivity call flow to show what customer records software and testing tools CAs would use to complete the calls.
After the web-based call the Union and the Company met in full committee.
The Union made a partial pass for various sections of Article 10, including Split Work Days, Change of Hours, Cancellation of Hours, Shift Differentials, Relief Differentials, Work Done by Supervisors, Call-In and On Call Duty.
The Company did not pass any proposals today.
Your Bargaining Team will travel home tomorrow for the July 4th holiday. Negotiations will resume on Tuesday, July 9th.
We wish you all a safe and happy holiday!
Stand United!! Stay Mobilized!! Stay Committed!!!!
In Unity,
Your CWA/AT&T Internet Services Bargaining Committee
