AT&T Internet Services Bargaining Report #8

The Union passed a proposal on Article 2 (Unpaid Union Time) improving language and conditions in sections .03 and .04.

The Union also asked the Company to clarify the intent of the language in Article 10 - Working Conditions, Section 10.11 Working In A Different Title. The Company will confer and get back to the Union with the Company’s interpretation.

The Company rejected Union Proposal #1 - MOA Employee Records. The Company also rejected Union Proposal #1 MOA - Call Quality Observations and Union #1 proposing a new Article 12 - Safety.

The Company passed a proposal on Article 15, Section15.01 to add redundant language to that section.

The Company and the Union will meet in subcommittee tomorrow morning to attend a web-based call on the 13-State CA Call Center work flow.

 

Your Bargaining Team will travel home Wednesday for the July 4th holiday.  Negotiations will resume on Tuesday, July 9th.  We’d like to wish you all a safe and happy July 4th!
