AT&T Internet Services Bargaining Report #14

Your Bargaining Team met with the Company in their final session before contract expiration.   After hours of negotiations, no agreement was reached.  The Company refused to extend the agreement, so we will be working without an agreement. 

Union Bargaining Chair Bill Bates strongly expressed his disappointment that the parties were not able to progress to a fair and just agreement.  Bill made it clear that, while the Union was certainly willing to continue bargaining, unless there was some sign of progress in the near future, the Company was putting the negotiations in peril. 

Your Bargaining Team is solid in their determination to reach a contract our members deserve.  Negotiations will continue tomorrow.
