AT&T Internet Services Bargaining Report #1

Your Bargaining Committee met with AT&T in the afternoon for formal introductions, opening statements from Steve Leonard and Bill Bates, and to establish guidelines as we commence contract negotiations.

AT&T's Committee includes:

Steve Leonard, Labor Relations Director and the Company's Bargaining Chair

Susan Evans, Labor Relations Bargaining Co-Chair

Susan McDermott, Labor Relations, will serve as the Company's note taker for 2013 NIC Bargaining

Your CWA Union Bargaining Committee includes:

Bill Bates, CWA Headquarters, Bargaining Chair, Washington, DC

Martha Flagge, CWA Headquarters Staff, Washington, DC

Valaida Crabbe Givens, District Steward for District 6, Local 6222

Denise Catanach, Local Steward, Local 9400

Amanda Hill, Area Vice President, District 3, Local 3606

Janice Porter-Moffitt, Vice President North, Local 9413, Reno/Las Vegas

Your Bargaining Committee did not put forth any proposals today; the Company's Committee proposed to make no changes to Articles 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 13. Your Bargaining Committee advised the Company that we will review the Company's proposals and take them into consideration for further review.

The Bargaining Teams will continue discussions on Tuesday, June 25.

Our Commitment is that we will work for ALL of us - OUR contract - as long as it takes!
