CWA AT&T Internet Services Bargaining Report #4
The Union passed language to the Company on Article 12 - Team Performance Award, Article 7 - Classification of Employees and Article 8 - Seniority. The Company provided an overview of the overtime letter they plan to implement in October 2010. We will refer this information to CWA Legal for review.
The grievance process subcommittee met for discussions today as well.
Our Union Committee will research and work on language the remainder of the day. CWA will meet with the Company again tomorrow.
