AT&T: Annual Enrollment
To: AT&T Legacy T Local Presidents
We have had a number of calls and questions regarding Annual Enrollment this year. Nothing further regarding the Annual Enrollment dates has been posted because the Company originally provided incorrect mailing dates on which Annual Enrollment materials were to be mailed. I received confirmation of the mailing dates over the weekend. As such, I wanted to provide the following information.
Annual Enrollment for Retirees ends today at 7:00 p.m. Central time (one hour behind EST). Retirees can enroll online at www.resources.hewitt.com using their user ID and password. Retirees should then click the Enroll link, pay special attention to any alerts listed on the home page, and follow the instructions. If they wish to make any changes or decline coverage, they should choose Make Changes. When elections have been made, Retirees must click on Complete Enrollment and then on OK. They will then see the Completed Successfully! page.
To enroll by phone, Retirees should call AT&T Benefits. If Retirees prefer to speak with a Hewitt Service Representative, they should call the AT&T Benefits Center at (877) 722-0020. Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central time. Retirees will have to provide the last four digits of their Social Security Number, their date of birth and their AT&T Benefits Center password to validate their identity. If they have not yet received their worksheets, Hewitt will send the package out, and Retirees will still be able to enroll if they do so by 7:00 p.m. Central time on 12/3/09.
Annual Enrollment for Active employees ends at 7:00 p.m. on 12/3/09. Employees should have received the Part 1 Annual Enrollment booklet. Instructional postcards were mailed on 11/13. Active employees will not be receiving a worksheet by mail so must enroll online this year! While I haven't seen the postcard, it should include the same instructions detailed above for Retirees.
NOTE: Those who choose to enroll online should print out, and keep, a copy of their confirmation page. Those who chose to enroll by phone will receive a copy of their confirmation sheet by mail. The confirmation sheet should be kept as well!
