ATS Service Center Change

TO: All AT&T Locals

CWA was notified about a month ago that the Company was going to move the ATS Service Center from having the work performed by a vendor to having the work performed by AT&T workers. Please see the attached notice which announces the move and one change, the fax number. The change becomes effective December 15, 2009.
