Annual Alliance Participant Satisfaction Survey

Please see the notice below regarding a survey the Alliance will be conducting among our members to rate their satisfaction with Alliance services and programs. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Each year The Alliance conducts a satisfaction survey from a sample of Alliance eligible participants from AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, and Avaya.  This year, 400 participants who participated in an Alliance Program in fiscal year 2008, which began October 1, 2007, will be surveyed.  The survey is comprised of questions which will help The Alliance ascertain participant satisfaction with Alliance programs.
