Alliance Annual Survey

It's that time of year again, when The Alliance for Employee Growth and Development will have an independent vendor surveying a portion of our AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, and Avaya populations.  The survey will be conducted in a brief phone call and will occur over the next two weeks.

To promote consistency and the potential for year to year tracking, the survey will rely on an established core of questions that have been administered in recent years including:

  .  Reasons for enrollment in the Alliance

  .  Overall satisfaction with Alliance training

  .  Perceived benefits of Alliance participation

  .  Perceived value of the Alliance as a benefit

  .  Familiarity with emerging telecommunications technologies

  .  Familiarity/use of personal technologies

Please be advised that the survey is intended to provide The Alliance with an independent assessment on what the needs of our participants are and if we are achieving them.  It also helps us understanding changing needs and technologies that our participants use and/or work with.  Please don't hesitate to contact your Alliance Associate Director if you have any issues or concerns.
