Today was a shortened day of bargaining as the Company bargainers prepared to leave for the weekend.  We reviewed some memorandum that had mainly expired since 2004.  Also, we discussed the Company’s wage proposal which doubles the wage progression tables.   For example, for ACSTs it doubles the wage progression from 7 ½ years to 15 years in 1 year steps, which is totally unacceptable.  We will spend the weekend preparing demands and responses to their proposals. 

Next week, the Company’s benefits bargainer will be joining the table to discuss their benefits proposals.  We will let you know what they are as soon as we get them.
