Alcatel-Lucent announces 400 shares per employee

Once again the senior leadership of Alcatel-Lucent has exposed its total disregard for the Collective Bargaining Agreement.  They put out a notice to all employees that they will be distributing 400 shares to every employee despite the fact that the Union notified them they were required to bargain over it.  These Anti-Union execs will look for any way they can to try to undermine the Union, the Contract, and our relationship with our members.

Tomorrow, December 16, we will be having a meeting with Alcatel-Lucent Employee Relations on a number of issues and will make sure they understand that they have to bargain over this.  We will keep you informed.
