The teams did not meet with each other Friday. Our team met all day to prepare responses to company proposals.  On Thursday we made a comprehensive proposal to improve the skill reclassification plan. Hopefully the Company took a serious look at that. We did bargain with the Company on Saturday.  They passed a change in the Mode of Operations Agreement, which would allow installers not covered by the Mode of Operations language to be assigned 7-day coverage.   We also had discussion about the drug testing policy which currently just applies to the DOT and DOD.  With some customers demanding drug testing, we need to make sure our installers are protected against discipline.

This is the final week before expiration.  You all should have received your strike votes by this point.  Crank up the mobilization.  We have a long way to go to get to a fair agreement.
