AT&T Internet Services Bargaining Report #5

The Union passed three proposals, including changes to MOA – Working Relations Committee (WRC), MOA – Union Orientation, a new MOA – Call Quality Observations.  


The Company rejected the Union #1 – the Alliance for Employee Growth and Development.

 
The Company also proposed clarifying language for Article 4 – No Strike/No Lockout, Article 1- Recognition and withdrew their earlier proposal for no change to Article 4. 

The Company’s final proposal passed Company # 1 - Benefits.


Your Bargaining Committee will meet again tomorrow.
