A few states can't stand in Andrew's way.

Andrew Erb is the kind of guy who’s always in your corner.

A proud Unity@Mobility member for 7 years and today a union steward for his local, Andrew sticks up for his members when their rights are being threatened.

His on-the-job experience gives him the needed perspective on negotiations and resolving workplace issues, as well as the background he needs to educate other AT&T employees about how CWA works for them.

It’s not an easy job. Andrew’s local spans almost three full states, which makes it hard to be in-store with union members at a moment’s notice. But he’s always available -- just a call, email, or text message away.

These same tools allow Andrew to keep in touch with his members, including the dozens of mobility trainings he’s helped set up throughout his local, so that his members learn about the resources and benefits that go along with being a CWA member.
