2015 success sharing plan (SSP) Award

The attached draft notification from the Company, outlining the amount of the award and date of distribution, was sent to employees covered by the National Internet (NIC) and Puerto Rico contracts yesterday.  Please note:  employees covered by the Legacy T contract will not receive the award because the dividends were deferred in 2012 bargaining.  The negotiated payment and stock appreciation component did not result in a payment for the 2015 award.
