2006 Avaya Award

Greetings:

We have just received the following announcement dated October 24, 2006 from Lucille Finocchio of Avaya Labor Relations:

"Avaya will be announcing later today that the Avaya Performance Factor for FY06, approved by the Board of Directors, is 83%.  As you know, the Avaya Performance Factor establishes award payments for both represented and salaried employees.  Based on this Avaya Performance Factor for October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, the Avaya Award payout under our negotiated Avaya Award Plan for Represented Employees is $1028 and will appear in paychecks payable December 8, 2006."
