Bargaining Report #2 - AT&T NIC

Sisters and Brothers,

 

After a long week of meeting with the Company in negotiations for a new 2023 NIC Agreement, that was set to expire tonight at midnight, we are announcing that we have reached a Tentative Agreement with the Company.

 

I want to thank the Union Bargaining Committee for their hard work and unwavering commitment to getting a fair and just agreement for the membership. They put in long hours in research, going through the surveys, developing demands and meeting with the Company, starting early in the mornings and working well into the evening, to ensure we left no stone unturned and got all we could from the Company. 

 

On Monday, a list of the highlights will be distributed. We will schedule contract explanation meetings for you to hear the highlights and ask questions. 

 

We would also like to thank the membership for standing behind your committee and you will soon have the opportunity to vote to accept or reject the Tentative Agreement negotiated. More details on that will come in the next few days.
