Bargaining and Mobilization Update


On November 21, the CWA bargaining committee representing CenturyLink workers in Texas reached a three-year tentative agreement with the company. In intense discussions with CenturyLink last month, the CWA bargaining committee fought to protect and improve upon the expired 2016 Collective Bargaining Agreement. The workers made gains on wages, vacation time, termination pay, differential pay, retro-pay, and job security.
