AT&T LEGACY T BARGAINING REPORT #87

We are aware of the correspondence AT&T (once again) sent out to our membership. This is a reminder that the “details” the company highlights does not paint a true picture of their “offer”! There has been no change to the offer the Company is referencing. It shifts more of the cost of healthcare to our members and contains no movement on the watermark. Once the Company moves off the hardline position they have taken regarding a commitment on jobs and job security, as well as healthcare, we are ready to get back to the table and hash out an agreement.

We will be hosting a TOWN HALL CALL for all members December 17, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. (EST) to give an update and discuss next steps. To register for the call text LEGTCALL to 49484.

We have been crystal clear from the onset of bargaining that Jobs, Job Security and Healthcare are of the utmost importance to the membership and we will not allow AT&T to erode our bargaining unit and destroy our benefits just because they can. We will last one day longer! Please continue to Mobilize, join the weekly mobilization calls, and keep your members activated!

It is more important than ever to keep up the hard work that you have been doing.

We continue to get pictures from actions and rallies across the country - these are great! The solidarity is awesome; also remember the Company sees these as well! Your Mobilization Coordinators are working every day to coordinate, train and support Locals in the mobilization activities. Please reach out to them with your questions, they are very experienced and I’m confident they can assist your Local if you ask.

We will do whatever it takes, however long it takes, to get the contract our members deserve.
