AT&T LEGACY T BARGAINING REPORT #52

This morning the Bargaining Team met with the Company to pass proposals on the following:

• Article 43
• Appendix A - DTV

This afternoon we met with the Company to receive their comprehensive package #5. The package included several changes in the Appendix A – DTV MOA. We are evaluating these proposals and will respond to the Company when our position is solidified.

We will continue to meet with the Company throughout the weekend to reach a fair and just contract.
