AT&T LEGACY T BARGAINING REPORT #42

The Bargaining Team met with the Company today to reject their retrogressive Comprehensive Package passed on 4/19/18.  The Union passed numerous proposals including:

• Wages
• Moving Expenses
• Healthcare
• Absence
• Articles 33 - 45
• Employment Security
• Job Security
• Successorship
• Alliance Funding
• Electronic Monitoring
• Proposals for DTV
• Proposals for USVI

We are now 10 days beyond contract expiration.  If the Company wants to reach an agreement they are going to have to take our Members' concerns for the future seriously.

This is your contract.  Let the Company know that you are not going to accept anything less than a fair and just contract.
