AT&T Legacy T Bargaining Report #38

The Bargaining Team has received numerous questions about the BCB2 Plan. BCB2 stands for Bargained Cash Balance Program 2. This plan was introduced in 2009 for new hires in 2010 and beyond. It was originally designed as a fix to counter the Company discontinuing a defined pension plan for future employees.

We met with the Company three separate times today but no progress was made.

We are determined to bring in a fair and just contract for our members.
