AT&T Legacy T Bargaining Report #3

This morning the Union presented proposals on language in Article 9 (Grievance Procedure) as well as improvements in the moving/relocation allowance in Articles 16 and 24. We also presented language to move the Virgin Island titles into the core agreement which is one of the items of the CWA/AT&T Bargaining Council Agenda Items adopted on 10/4/17.

This afternoon the Company proposed administrative/clean up language on several of the functional articles and the Metro Segment compensation plan. We will carefully review all the information passed to determine if it benefits our members.

Bargaining resumes tomorrow as we continue to work toward a fair and just contract.
